About Me
Hi, I’m Tom — a personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach with over three years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and perform at their best. Whether your goal is to turn back the years, build confidence in the gym, or hit a new personal best, I’ll help you get there with smart, effective training.
I currently work with Wakefield Trinity Women as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and bring the same professional performance principles to every client I train. As a lifelong rugby fan, I’m passionate about strength, movement, and helping people unlock their athletic potential — no matter their starting point.

I had been going to a lot of gym classes while also working out by myself about five or six times a week, but I wasn’t really seeing any results. I also realised that I wasn’t as flexible, strong or fit as I could be and worried it might be an issue later on. But working with Tom has been a revelation. He has devised a workout with three different lifts for me which has made me fitter and stronger, as well as improving my flexibility, while cutting down the hours I was spending in the gym. Having never ventured into the free weights area, it was all new to me and it wasn’t easy to begin with because I also had an old shoulder injury and a problem with my back to deal with, but Tom’s very patient and he knows his stuff so he has always found a solution or a way to get round it so we can get to where I need to be. It’s been a bit of a long road, but I’m now making good progress and adding to the weight I’m lifting. I’m really happy with the results, in terms of my fitness and physique. Tom’s also a really nice guy, very smiley and helpful to everyone at the gym, where people only have nice things to say about him. He’s a pleasure to spend time with and I really enjoy the sessions with him. I think he’s brilliant and would 100% recommend him as a personal trainer.
